1. Payment Terms
1.1. Clients are required to make a non-refundable upfront payment before the commencement of any project.
1.2. In the event that a client decides to terminate the project within the first month of a three-month project, the client is liable to pay the remaining two months’ fees as per the initial agreement.
1.3. For yearly services, any advance payment made is non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. Project Duration and Termination
2.1. Projects are typically agreed upon for a specific duration as mentioned in the project agreement.
2.2. Termination of the project by the client before the agreed-upon duration will not result in a refund of any payments made.
2.3. Fikarnet Media reserves the right to terminate a project in case of non-payment or breach of contract by the client.
3. Scope of Services
3.1. The scope of services provided by Fikarnet Media will be detailed in the project agreement. Any additional services requested by the client will be subject to additional charges.
4. Confidentiality
4.1. Fikarnet Media and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project.
5. Dispute Resolution
5.1. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement will be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, escalated to mediation or arbitration as per applicable laws.
6. Governing Law
6.1. This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
7. Amendments
7.1. Fikarnet Media reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.
8. Acceptance
8.1. By engaging in business with Fikarnet Media, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
9. Agreement Availability
These terms and conditions are readily available on the Fikarnet Media website and are applicable to all clients engaging in business with Fikarnet Media, whether or not a formal contract is signed.
